Pack and Ship
Once approved, securely package your device with all original accessories and cables, then ship it to our designated service center using a tracked mailing service.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects the unit for physical damage, we will process your refund or ship your replacement device within 5-7 business days.
