What is the typical shipping time for international orders?

Does the Retroid Pocket come with pre-installed games?
No, our devices do not come with pre-installed games or ROMs. The Retroid Pocket is an Android-based handheld that provides the hardware and software environment for you to load and play your own legally owned backups.
What is your return policy for defective units?
We offer a 15-day return policy for any manufacturing defects. If your device arrives with a hardware issue, please contact our support team with your order number and a video of the problem to initiate a replacement or refund.
